The Crystal Caves, Atherton
(4.1/5 based on 280 reviews on the web)
Hidden by a nondescript storefront, The Crystal Caves sells a vast array of gemstones individually designed by local artisans. Behind the shop, you'll find the entrance to an experiential tour of recreated caves showcasing eye-popping gems. The display is arranged in low lighting thatĀ brings out the sparkle of the amethysts, opals, and other treasures mined in Australia. • That nice we visited the caves three times. Loved the walk through the man made caves and looking at the work this man has put into it. Every thing was beautiful.

  • The cave itself is manmade but it creates an awesome atmosphere to show off all of the beautiful crystals. Would definately recommend checking it out.
  • A well thought out collection of crystals, and not crowded. A thought the entry fee was a tad steep.
  • Unique collection. Worth the entry fee if you like things that sparkle
  • Thank you so much for looking us so well today on our Vacation Care Trip to The Crystal Caves. The children all loved both the caves and the shop. I personally love The Crystal Caves which is why we decided to include it in our Vacation Care programme and hoped the children would too. They did and we will definitely be back during the next school holidays Gordonvale Community Kids
  • Admittedly, there is a fair bit of fibreglass in the caves, but enter into the spirit of the thing, and this is actually pretty good fun. Children love the helmets with head lamps, and they do genuinely have an amazing collection.
