  • We visited this museum with locals, not expecting much, but were blown away by the number of vintage cars, model cars, children's cars, and lots of other interesting collections. I recommend this muse...  more »

  • Really nice... Worth spending the time. Things you won't see in many other places, pieces of real rather than overly polished history. Cars are great, amazing collection.
  • A good cheep haft day out with the kids. We were on are way to somewhere else but the police had closed the road in front of us. So we pulled in here. I thought it was going to be very expensive but I was surprised to find it was not at all. I love cars and everything about them but the rest of my group where not so interested. However the range in the museum is so broad, that everone was happy in the end. There are some fantastic car and motor bikes in the place. From big American musical to small British car. There are also models for ships and planes with great detail. At the end of your journey around the museum there is a very nice American dinner, which serves very nice coffee to eat in or take away. All in all, well worth a visit
  • Don't take the kids!! They will nag you to leave before you're ready! If you're into car/auto memorabilia, then you can spend a long, enjoyable time here - they have many vehicles on display of varied origin and in all states of (dis)repair, but they also have other (non-auto) things to see from years gone by. Very nostalgic to see. If you want value for money, only go with those that will want to stay awhile as you could spend hours here.
  • Absolutely enjoyed my time wandering around and looking at everything
  • Worth a look if you're doing the Arthurs seat circuit. Good displays and there are some weird and wonderful things from the past as well as cars here
