  • This is a great viewpoint, just on the southern outskirts of Arthur River township. The Arthur River has a very narrow, impassable bar. Large logs that have been washed down in floods have been thrown...  more »
  • We went here at sunset and took in the view. It can be cool so take a jacket. This place has a lookout on the beach with information about the uniqueness of the location. Well worth the visit.  more »

  • Wonderful cruise comfy and homey with knowledgeable, friendly, humorous guides. Wonderful BBQ lunch. Highly recommend it! !
  • what a fabulous view from the most western point of Tasmania. Good lookout, readily accessed. Bbq area is excelled and protected from the frequent winds. Toilets are drop loos. car park is small and road in is a few hundred metres of rough dirt track. 2wd is okay and therese is a little space for longer vehicles.
  • It is named the Edge of the World as there is no land going West from this point until Argentina, making it the longest uninterrupted expanse of ocean on Earth. Thanks google lol.
  • This place is pretty amazing. It’s a must see if you’re in the area. I’ve travelled extensively around Australia and I’ve never seen anything like it. All the huge driftwood logs on the beach are fascinating. A great spot for photography, or simply just to admire the scenery.
  • Nice place to visit, good facilities and nice views of the - often rough and wild - ocean.
