  • The Gum San Chinese Heritage centre is very informative, the staff were friendly and helpful. It portrayed the interesting history of Ararat with well presented and interactive displays. 
  • We spent a few hours here and it was a very enlightening experience, learning about the Chinese prospectors and how they lived. It was an excellent time also seeing Don Reynolds vision of the museum born to reality, Don would have been extremely proud of the countless hours he spent on this project.
  • Very friendly staff and great displays. We held an event in the Great Hall, and everybody was very accommodating.
