This is an old and old-fashioned park, which is meant as a compliment! Decades old yet kept in nice and tidy condition, it comprises an excellent, modestly priced attraction for families with young ch...  more »

What a truely remarkable park for young kids. The playground, the nativity scenes the kids can interact/watch and the stories are fabulous. It's a relaxing, but sometimes steep walk through the castle...  more »

  • Seemed like we hadn't been there ling when we finished. Then realized been 3 1/2 hours. 4 year old absolutely loved the place. Amazing
  • It's a nice place. My two girls aged 5 and 7 enjoyed it however any older and I think they'd be past it. Great playground at the end. Easy parking. Very clean and well maintained. Nice day out!
  • Lovely day out for younger kids if they are into fairytales. Cute and adorable but needs a bit of TLC
  • I love walking all around this place. It's very old school so please remember that when you visit. It's not about fancy animatronics.
  • Me, as an adult, found this attraction a bit "flat", not very well maintained, old fashioned, nothing really added to it to make it more attractive, but my children loved it. It's in a beautiful, relaxing environment on the top of Mt Anakie. The attractions (buildings, statues, figurines) are colourful, well-designed and well-organised, it's a pleasure to walk through the place, watch and listen to the tales with children. Some speakers really need a maintenance as it was hard to hear and understand the audio files at some places. I understand the concept of the place (classic tales ergo old fashioned), but I really missed some interactivity and modern stuff as today's children, even the young ones, require it. They need more challenge to keep them interested. There's also a big and awesome playground. Some equipment really need maintenance and in some cases I felt there are safety issues too. It did not bother me personally, my children loved the playground, but other parents might have concerns about it. The coffee was nice, the hot food was average. My final verdict: definitely worth a visit with young children (up to age of 6 or 7), but the owners seriously need to think about how to make the place more attractive and challenging for the children and interesting for the parents too.
