  • Like all attractions in this area this have a well maintained path to the creek. Entrance is free. The creek was nice for an hour but must be more beautiful after some rain.  more »
  • This is a great spot to cool off in a beautiful natural waterhole not too far out of Alice Springs. A must do on any itinerary. Loved it.  more »
  • This place was incredible! It’s only a short walk from the car park along a mostly man made path to the shore. It’s as pretty as a post card! The water is quite cool. The only thing I didn’t love abou...  more »

  • Had a lovely time. yes water is freezing but added to the experience. we drove to the other campsites but Ellery has a bigger area for caravans & your not on top of each other. Great fire pits. Ticked all the boxes. Highly recommend😁
  • Nice place but not enough room. No toiletpaper, no water to wash hands. There was a hand sanitizer, but that was empty also. Not so good for the money.
  • A well maintained camp site that also serves as a campsite for thru hikers of the Larapinta trail. Gas BBQs and toilets, but no showers. The sunset was gorgeous and the dolomite trail was an easy walk with nice scenery PRO TIP: Make sure you bring correct change for your campsite. $5 and $10 bills are good to have. I think it's $5 per person per night and they have a family rate as well. Check NT park website for exact prices
  • Surprisingly cold water, but all good when you need to cool off in the desert with nice surroundings too
  • Nice area, beautiful views. The access road was very bumpy, we had a 2WD car. The flies love this place too, take repellant
