  • Very informative and quite moving. Sad that so many soldiers lost their lives for their country. Definitely worth visiting.  more »

  • This is well worth a visit. Extensive historical information that we found extremely interesting. They have some very detailed displays. If you're not into war history the views of surrounding Albany are captivating enough to enjoy the visit. Put this on your list if you're in the area. Just make sure you have some gold coins for the viewing binoculars; the rest is free.
  • Very informative. Stories from both sides of the great war. Very impressive set up. You follow a soldier throughout the war. At the end you find out if he survives. Many tributes are given.
  • Really nice place overall. Very informative and well set up. I just thought $22 to have access to the museum is a bit too much. If the idea is to raise awarenes about Anzac history it they could make it a lot cheaper and get more people interested.
  • A tranquil homage to a terrible war. You enter the museum and you are given a photo and a name which you can place on some interactive pillars as you walk through which tells you more about that person. You also receive an audio pen which will pick up on some tags, draw around the A stickers and you'll be given a story based on what you are looking at. A really interesting and well executed museum, the kids never enjoyed the insight through the interaction and made it ready to spend over an hour reading and listening to the stories.
  • Excellent exhibition with state of the art digital interactive display. The talking scanner pen is quite a surprise, never seen one in any exhibition in Western Australia. The use of 'digital' card is also a unique experience that brought the characters alive. My children were so fascinated with the exhibition and spent a long time inside the centre. There is also a BBQ place outside and plenty of galleries to explore. The view is ao amazing, especially in the afternoon. A must to visit place in Albany.
