  • The free stuff is great! The museum is spectacularly situated and the little cafe on site is also very scenic, For Kids the chance to play with the guns (no ammo) would be a highlight  more »
  • ANZAC is a monument of National Remembrance and is also used as a central event in Australia, ANZAC day is so central, reason for this is that the posting of soldiers in the 1st Wetkrieg to support the British a special event and the first and most important event of the emergence of Australia as a nation has been, in itself, it is rather dramatic because tens of thousands of soldiers, , the then sher small nation, did not survive the Krigeseinsatz, it will be celebrated in the sense of standing together, camaraderie and heroism of the Australian nation, historically very significant and impressive!

  • On a recent trip to Albany on our list of 'must visit' was this breathtaking place. With strong connections to both Albany and to Gallipoli both of us were so impressed. Don't rush - make sure you all...  more »

  • We didn’t have time to do the full paid tour inside, however the grounds outside adjacent to the carpark are home to some massive artefacts from days past, such as some missile launchers, missiles and gun turrets. There are some great views from inside the entrance to the main building with panoramic views of the harbour. Also look out for the rest of the historic buildings around the property, one of which is the sizeable gift shop so you can snag some keepsakes and support our defence services. A must visit when in Albany.
  • A beautiful museum both externally and within. There are interesting exhibits within and the views outside are lovely. A nice place to visit when passing by here.
  • A bit expensive to go to, but an amazing place to visit. Set aside a few hours to go through the whole Centre, because once you go through with you initial 'Personnel' card, you may want to go get another to see how they went through WWI. If you plan to come here, be sure to also visit the National War Memorial's Archive Centre in Canberra, as they compliment each other.
  • Nice place to get educated about the anzac history of australia. Amazing views on the Albany bay
  • A stunning location that is full of history and an honour to visit. Australian and New Zealand visitors will be extremely proud of all those who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.
