Emu Point, Albany
(4.5/5 based on 240+ reviews on the web)
Walk along the beach, swim, fish, and bird-watch at Emu Point. The water is crystal clear with grassy areas, no waves, and lots of white sand where you can build sand castles and relax. Ride in the pontoon boat close to the shore and have fun at the great play area and park on the harbor side, which offers views over the beach and Oyster Harbour. When you get tired of all the activity, have lunch at the local restaurant and watch the calm water of the bay.
