  • We called into Airlie Beach on a cruise ship and given it was stinger season we went to the lagoon on a very hot and humid day to cool off. It was spotlessly clean and had 2 lifeguards on duty. The wa...  more »
  • The Airlie Beach Lagoon is a large swimming pool near the sea eventually, very practically, because you can go in the jellyfish season not in the sea. We were on the lawn all day and occasionally went into the water, it was relaxed, almost towel to towel when we also very full, lay on the lawn.
