Pleasant park with shade from the towering gums, barbecue facilities, picnic tables and benches and a fenced in playground for children. Also a small exercise area for adults and an automated toilet which is quite interesting.
Great reserve for groups and familys. Lots of space and several locations with seats and tables. The playground is suitable for all ages. There are rubbish bins located in several locations so there's always one not too far away. Lots of trees to provide shade as well.
The Gums is hidden away in the leafy suburb of tranmere. Great place to take a walk and meditate. Has a creek running through part of it and on the other side has a children's play area. On this occasion I was with a friend and walking a dog.
Beautiful park with magnificent gums. Well cared for with a section of native shrubs, fallen logs etc to encourage wildlife. Many birds visit here, along with koalas at the right time of year. Good playground equipment for kids, plus BBQ facilities and seating.
Good park. Toilet facilities leave something to be desired
