4.6/5 based on 1,600+ reviews on the web
One of the country’s most iconic sporting venues, Adelaide Oval holds an elevated status as the home of cricket and Australian rules football in South Australia. Imposing and white-roofed, the stadium towers above the leafy suburb of North Adelaide. Constructed in 1871, the 2012 redevelopment of Adelaide Oval brought the historic stadium in line with the modern demands of large sporting venues. The stadium often hosts concerts, with artists such as Elton John, Madonna, and Fleetwood Mac having performed there. • It's cricket Studio capacity of 50000 people. Used in Australian rugby and football, but only at the cricket ground. In the great lawn mind leap.

  • Quick tour of the Oval Stadium. It does not deserve to spend hours. Compound of 55000 places it as a stage val a beautiful aesthetic.

  • A really smart, easily accessible stadium. Well worth a visit if you get chance. I particularly liked the grassed area to the rear of the stands where lots of people take the kids for a quick kick around between quarters (we were there for the AFL).
  • Great venue, shame that the football ticket prices are extortionately expensive 50 dollarydoos for 1 tier below general admission, really? At the mcg that would be 12-20 dollarydoos
  • Amazing venue. Very new and modern. One of the best investments by the South Australia government. Home of the Adelaide Crows and Port Adelaide Power professional Australia Football League teams. Walking bridge over the river connects the stadium to the train station. Watch the seemingly endless stream of people on game days.
  • We watched IND vs PAK. You can imagine what it would feel like. really good stadium ,great atmosphere and free wifi
  • Great venue.. Only thing lacking is choice of beers. The stadium needs to support local craft breweries. Keep it in house in the state.
