  • I was staying in this hotel I would say people who are working very friendly always smiling had great time
  • We visited casino and was told to was still under construction. We stayed a little while, but the casino was totally dead with no action what so ever.
  • Hotel was under renovation and we were not told when we booked. The cleaning staff was terrible. They had only one waiter for 3 pools. There was planting being done at poolside and the mulch smelled t...  more »

  • Yes the hotel is bit aged but I was very impressed by their staff. We had a medical emergency and their security staff "Angele" personally helped us with our needs. Being outside of our own country, having someone at the hotel stepping up was extremely helpful and we were extremely appreciative. So, GREAT staff and I would definitely recommend staying here. Food was great and property is very children friendly. Keep up the great work and we will be back again!
  • Best Hotel in The Island...Beatiful Island of Aruba I've been here with my family and guests since 1985 Now with Hilton Flag, They just came to be better. Best beach and Best Personnel. I'm not very confortable with drinks and snacks at The Beach. Casino, is very modern and have a nice personnel. Good Luck Try To Book at Aruba Tower, Worth The price Difference Any problem you can Call Rosita or Frank, They always There to Help you. I do recommend...strongly
  • We visited the casino. This is a review of the casino we did not stay at the hotel. It is very small and the bar staff is not very attentive. The other casinos nearby are much nicer and they treat you better. We won't be back.
  • We stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was very clean and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs! The rest of the staff was lethargic and not interested in helping us. Went to brunch this afternoon at 1:40pm and it ended at 2:30pm (a buffet). Was told by Juan that we only had 30 minutes to eat and then we had to go. The cashier wouldn't even look at us as she was rooting through her purse. Called the concierge to ask about prices for laundry, got a very sleepy/uninterested person on the other end who only answered every question I had with "I don't know, it depends." I eventually had to say thank you and hang up because I was so frustrated and she was so unhelpful. I would say the staff that runs in the background (waiters that fill water, servers from Gilligan's on the beach) are far more attentive/helpful than the main staff. Very disappointing.
  • Hey to anyone reading this. first: where s the friendly welcoming when arriving everyone speaks highly about ? Second : room directions poorly explained - result = getting lost at the resort ( apparently that s possible yes ) The whole building and room we re underconstruction wich I understand the inconvience when letting know first thing with booking. Now we paid for drilling and cunstructer workers .. Not okay for that amount of money. Then the battery key of the room was empty and we had to move to another room .. Besides all the long waiting and running up and down back and forward ... Also calling the reception .. Well no one ever picks up the damn phone 🙄 Now we have a room with a view on the parking lot but we did paid extra for a view on a garden so ... Do we get money back ? Probably not .. Will we recommend hilton hotel Aruba to anyone? Good god no ! It was our first and last visit to hilton hotel in Aruba. Greetings Mrs Paulussen & Mnr Binnemans
