4.7/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web
Have a rest and a swim at Boca Catalina, a secluded bay with a white sand beach. Popular with local families and tourists alike, the beach enjoys a reputation for pleasant swimming and snorkeling. With a combination of clear and calm waters, you'll feel like you're in a swimming pool. A great variety of colorful fish live just offshore, including yellow boxfish, cowfish, triggers, and angelfish. Bring water shoes if planning to snorkel, as the bottom gets quite rocky in places. • Small, clean beach with great visibility for snorkeling. Has a few palapas, so it is recommended to arrive early and bring water and a snack (it has no structure or bars). We pay $ 5.00 (couple) taxi ride from palm beach to boca catalina. It's not so close to get going, in my opinion. Worth knowing and spend a morning.
