  • We ended up going to De Palm island on the last full day of our honeymoon, and we were lucky enough to get a private deep sea snorkel tour from Ryan and Alian. They were so friendly and fun and truly ...  more »
  • Nice place, the water park's swimming pool is very good and underwater activities at extra cost are the best. But... the food is very bad and the terrible toilets, apparently not them cleaned up until people are going on the island.

  • Beira and Claudia massaged my husband and I so well we fell asleep. We felt so relaxed and it was great having the waves splashing in the background.  more »

  • Family of (5) with kids ages ranging from 10, 12 and 14. We all enjoyed the island. We were a little hesitant after reading all the mixed reviews, but we are all glad we took a chance and went. The food is ... OK ... but all was good. The grill next to the beaches served hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken fingers and fries which were exactly that... The buffet lunch where breakfast is served has a few more healthier options like salad, bbq chicken, fruits, etc. This food was good enough for us. The drinks were good... we were not there to get hammered. The snorkeling was fun and we saw a ton of fish which the kids enjoyed. The kids and I even enjoyed a little play time at the small water park. The banana ride was fun... not super exciting, but fun. The kids enjoyed it... Definitely wear water shoes into the water at the beach due to the rocky terrain which is what we did. The kids like the swimming area because they were able to wear their goggles to explore seeing more fish. We did the full day and would do it again. We had a great time together enjoying the day. A few notes: the island was not busy, so it was easy to get food, snorkeling, banana ride, etc without waiting in line. The shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel. We were at the Holiday Inn, which meant we rode the bus to most of the other hotels to pick up others. The ride was sort of long, but not unreasonable. If you are looking for an experience of a life time with high end food, this is not your place. If you are looking for a place to chill and have some fun while eating some "OK" food, this is your place to visit.
  • Brilliant place. It has everything. Great pool area with loads of slides, great beaches with excellent snorkeling facilities, great bar and restaurant area. This is a great place for any family and well worth a visit!
  • Don't waste your time or money!! Stay on the island and do other things. We went with two 14 year old girls and they were super bored. Had to be dry to ride zip line which was not at all what we thought it would be. 30 minute wait for a banana boat ride that was boring. Food was ok and alcohol was not poured freely. They are very reserved with it. Beaches are rocky. You would think it would have been cleared so that you could walk in on sand but it wasn't. Wear shoes when going into the water. Total fail!!!!! For the $105 per person we could have had a nice dinner out or a few parasail rides. This place is geared for much younger kids. We learned our lesson and will not be going back here.
  • Alian was AMAZING with the banana boat rides. We took a snorkeling tour and were very impressed by the knowledge of the staff. The entire island felt clean and safe. The pasta alfredo at lunch was incredible!! You can’t beat all inclusive for $100/day!!!
  • It's really unfortunate that this place is basically the only place you can go to when you're in Aruba. In Cancun, you have Xelha, Xcaret, Xplor, etc. But Aruba is extremely limited in this aspect. They have the super basic water park that's EVERYWHERE nowadays. Their beach is super limited and small that staying at the resort would be better. Their ziplining is NOT worth it. Literally you have to be DRY to ride on it. It drizzled while I was there, I waited an hour in line and they didn't let me ride it. Their snorkeling is whatever. Seatrek was overbooked within the first hour. This island is NOT worth it.
