Inspirock Rating:
2.1/5 based on 40 reviews on the web
Spiraling tubes, terraced pools with fountains, and man-made waterfalls typify Water World. Featuring model ships and sculptures of bathing elephants, the open-air water park stands out as Yerevan’s main leisure center, open from June to September. Spanning 2 ha (5 ac), the water park sits on the outskirts of the city on the road to Sevan. A recently added indoor complex features a 0.5 hectare (1.2 ac) facility containing pools, a rock climbing wall, and a fitness center open year-round. • Here you can swim and see different people from different countrys.I can remembere we saw Arabs only men where swimming and women just watching with black sary
  • Very expensive even for western tourists. Rules are very strict and lifeguards are very rude when rules are broken. But it is a really nice place, the waterslides are fun for kids and so is the splash area.
  • Wow! I don't think I've ever seen as much overt hostility in the service industry. Waiting for a basket in the men's locker room, I witnessed an employee yell at length at a group of Iranian customers that they must get one basket per person. When she noticed one of them was missing, she said, "Where is he? Maybe he drowned. I hope so." Then when two Armenian boys wanted to share a basket, she agreed. Meanwhile, my daughters say they got yelled at for trying to share a basket. When they handed their baskets over, they were told they should take everything they'll need during the day. When they tried to do so, the attendant refused. Once you hand it to us -- even though the basket is still right here between us -- you can't have it back!
  • I like attractions and the water. But there are a lot of people from abroad. Just 30-40% of them are Armenians and that's all.
  • Best for Summer
  • Very expensive for Armenian people and for the quality offered it is also to expensive for western people. Staff if very rude and impolite and playing in the water is not allowed. The paint is coming of the bottom of the pools and there is a big lack of maintenance. Service is a word but here they don't know what it means. My advise: don't go!
