(90+ reviews on the web)
Ruin
Admire the interesting megaliths of Karahundj (Armenia's Stonehenge), an archaeological complex of unknown origin, possibly dating back to the Bronze or Iron Age. Reminiscent of the famed English site, the mysterious stones may have served as a necropolis, a temple, or for astronomical observation. Enjoy the scenic views of the surroundings from the hilltop location, and listen for the whistling sound when the wind blows through the stones' circular punctures. • Absolutely unreal place. If you are, here is worth. Two-meter high stones with holes to observe the sky. Absolutely unusual! Dress warmly in every season of the year!

  • Fascinating and mysterious megalithic site. It is thought to be an astronomical observatory. Like Stonehenge. It is smaller, but still interesting!

  • No place is worse than Stonehenge, sorry that's not untwisted. These stones, rocks, these mountains around and silence. Something mysterious and mystical. The only minus-nerashhvitrst' tourism infrastructure, it's not there at all, just forever closed gift shop. But if you drive in storoeu and-Goris Tatev site!
