    Sanahin monastery is located in the vicinity of Haghpat monastery in northern Armenia. Both monastery are UNESCO World Heritage site. Amazingly beautiful places, fabulous mountain views.

    Built in 12th century, never restored since that time but still functioning. There're 4 kitten faced lions carved on the stone railing. If a real man ever crosses the bridge the lions will come to life.
