  • It is a pleasure to be able to make this walk and best of all is that you can go into family if there is no trouble because you have to rest between runs because it's all rise. Ideal to enjoy the landscape, the forest, the views. I recommend to go early because as in all forest, dark soon, and the hike takes its time.

  • The truth is that when we set out to do this trekking (according to the triptych of the trekking of villa la angostura in reports) was rather mild and family of no more than 30 minutes / 1 hour; We took the bed (once you leave the car in the parking lot of the mapuche reserve) with water, mate, and eager to get to the viewpoint. Although we are not people from difficult trekking, will always places to walk and much, and us was surprised that was not as simple as saying the informative, is rather an average level since it is all rise and takes more time that figure. Another thing not explained to us is should do so early by plants that plug the Sun and that to 16hs already beginning to run low light it is likely that it cannot upload and download if that grip you evening/night. We could only get to the waterfall (bah! the waterfall because it is too small) and we did not go to the lookout (neither time nor the physical and that we have no more than 35 and a normal physical state). Next we will try to make it more early and go a little bit more prepared.

  • The trail starts at El Barrio Villa Park the angostura and through a forest of Coihue, passing a viewpoint and reaching the waterfall. It is a short but beautiful trekking. You can follow up to the belvedere viewpoint but it is more extensive.
