Playa Larga, Ushuaia

(4.1/5 based on 180+ reviews on the web)
Spreading along a mountainous coastline, Playa Larga abuts on a huge old beech forest traversed by a long hiking trail (which is, as legend has it, the land of leprechauns). The almost barren hills above the beach offer panoramic views of the city, as well as barbecue spots. Have a picnic, hike through the forest or walk on the beach, sunbathe, or simply take in the views of the snowcapped mountains, the channel, and the city of Ushuaia. • If long boast is not a place that you can ignore. It is a beach of stone that has a very nice green area to drink mate away from the wind. General of the Beagle Channel has a nice view

  • It is a place to see the city on the edge of the sea, a hike along the coast where you can see the entire city from below, you can enjoy all day

  • Is a little isolated from the Center and there is no public transport there. If you go by taxi, need to check the time of the revolution. You can ride my bike, or if you have available, you can walk for almost 2 hours bordering the highway. Once there, there is a Belvedere, from where one has a beautiful view of the Beagle Channel. Some local residents tend to dive over there. After the second viewpoint there is a light and fast trail bordering the coast.
