  • A ride forced to navigate the Beagle. Sun is a beautiful show and a nice view of our nature

  • This island is part of the tour by the Beagle Channel where you can meet the birds very similar to penguins, but not are penguins lol. We saw the albatross that is a very beautiful bird of the region. It is also possible to see the sea lions and the barulhera. It's a very good stop to do to take pictures of both the animals and the landscape.

  • If you're going to do the Beagle Channel, the first island we've been through is the birds, with several species. This island is very close to the airport and you can also see the planes landing and taking off. Then we went to the island of Lobos, where there are seals with and without by. For the most part, were sleeping on the rocks. You can get a lot of cool photos, as the boat passes so close.

Where to stay in Ushuaia

Despite its nickname, Ushuaia is certainly not the end of the world when it comes to finding comfortable lodgings--as long as you plan ahead and reserve your room in advance. Hotels and hostels are equally crowded here during the peak season (October to March), so it's advisable to arrive with a solid reservation in hand. If you choose to visit during the winter (June to mid-September), expect to find many establishments closed for the season.
