Galeria Tematica Historia Fueguina, Ushuaia
(4.6/5 based on 800+ reviews on the web)
See the lifelike depictions of what the historical region of Argentina looked through the ages at Galeria Tematica Historia Fueguina. Detailed, full-size dioramas show examples of life from indigenous peoples through European colonization. Grab the English audio guide to walk you through each display. Some of the exhibits even allow you to enter and take photos from within. Look for the section that discusses the site's history (it used to be a prison). Afterwards, head to the adjacent art gallery and a shop, which sells souvenirs. • It is very educational. And going with a basic idea of all the historical events on the go it.

  • Very good explanation of the history of land of fire, very well explained and documented, also allowing you to interact, was really very interesting, only that it seemed very long and it tends to get bored halfway through the tour, but overcome it taking pictures.

  • Very interesting Museum. The characters are very realistic, and the audio makes the visit even more cool! Students pay lower values. In the same building there is a café (Viejo Lobo), and a great souvenir shop on the ground floor. The visit with audio guide lasts more or less 1:30, but can be made more quickly.
