  • The Mill River is for my the most beautiful of all San Luis, which are generally of little water and very sucios(sucios de musgo). There are areas of the river that make remember the of Carlos Paz, without so many street food vendors offer.

  • The village of sugar cane is very cute, and what is striking is that it is bisected by a river. The area is very quiet, it can be accessed by public transport and vehicle. Eye drivers, there are municipal staff, watching where they left the car and the time that is, and charge you penalty. Moreover, the water is crystal clear, a little cold, but in summer it makes a lot heat, so it holds well. Not there is plenty to go, chico is the people, but they can visit the crafts, riding for 50 pesos, eat something out there. For those who go in collective, San Luis capital leaving 18 pesos, they can take it in the terminal, is a 40 minute journey. The only downside, is that the tourist information centre is 3 km from the city center!, so if they come from San Luis capital, you can ask for a map at the Ministry of tourism, and will indicate where you can take the bus. The place is to spend the day with family, the boys spend great!

  • If you want to take a break from the noise of the city and mixed with the sounds of nature, it is the ideal place. This 40 km from the city of St. Louis and is reached by the provincial route 9, a highway in perfect condition and very well signposted. It is a mountain villa to go only in summer and spend a day since the only attraction is the river which by the way is beautiful, with crystal clear waters and large stones forming pools where lots of water comes together for bathing. Side River there are many trees, greenery that invites you to linger a day enjoying the peace. There is no a shopping or entertainment, is a place for lovers of nature and silence when I went in the summer the only entertainment I had at night was a show of circus that kids armed in the plaza of the craftsmen. After 10 o'clock the town was desert. Also a fair there is the salt. Other entertainment, rented horses to stroll and a few carts ATVs pedal type. There are places to stay, a hotel, camping sites and are now creating some complex of cabins. To eat: there are no restaurant, only some houses of meals there type food stores in tourist season. If one stays there it is preferable to go by car, there are groups for San Luis but they fail very often. Nearby are the docks of Rio Grande and Florida for those who like to fish.
