The lady has received us was very friendly. It would be a place to visit when you go to Tiger and it gets a little feito time. It is a place where reflects the culture of the mate of the Río de la plata but lack complete information. There are many mates from different eras and value and packages. I think while you explain or knew the Museum was had that do try mate, explain the differences and not charge a part. It should be part of the ride. You need to pass what Matt taking generates in one. Show tourist that is much more than the drink itself. I think that this feeling one does not find it when you visit it. Hopefully receive help to make it more interesting because the idea is good.

An interesting site, dedicated to mate with many types of gourds, many of them centenarias, kill and more. It is more interesting to people who do not know (or do not consume) the usual ubiquitous in the southern region, which is the consumption of mate (chimarrão). It's worth it.

Interesting site to visit, but it feels like lots of propaganda selling you on the goodness of mate.

Where to stay in Tigre

Tigre and its delta surroundings are chock-full of choices for accommodations thanks to their popularity with visitors both foreign and domestic. The city center around the Tigre River features a number of smaller-scale apartments and family-run bed and breakfasts, while the areas closer to the delta itself are more beach-oriented. If you're looking to enjoy the area's famously lush nature, check out a "cabana"--these rustic cabins are omnipresent in the forests and marshes around town, and allow you to wake up with the canals and trees of the delta right at your doorstep. Since many of these countryside accommodations are only accessible by boat, they usually provide most meals. Keep in mind that more rustic charm in this case can also mean hordes of mosquitos at night.
