4.6/5 based on 600+ reviews on the web
Housed in an impressive building, Museo de arte Tigre combines art with stunning architecture. The museum finds its home in a former social club for elite Argentines, an elegant example of neo-classical architecture. Notice the luxurious details like iron gates, red oak floors, and bronze and gold leaf decorations. The museum changes exhibitions regularly, so there’s always something new to see, from sculptures to paintings. The main collection features Argentine art of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The lawns surrounding the museum rival the sights inside, with leafy trees, and well-kept gardens. To visit Museo de arte Tigre on your trip to Tigre, use our Tigre trip builder.

  • It is worth visiting it, it's nice to have something like this in North. The location and spectacular view is cheap and fairly complete.

  • This beautiful hotel has now become Museum of art. That only the beautiful architecture of the building is worth the visit to appreciate, and the plus see a collection of paintings by Argentine artists makes it essential to stroll. I liked it! The value of the entry October $2016 40.-per person

  • Nice history and art to be seen. Sadly the casino that once was here and hotel was replaced by the amorphous monster Trilenium with no design caracter or ethics. Nice place to go with family.
  • Excelente lugar!
  • Nice Museum Art in old fashioned building at the shore of the Lujan river
  • I didn't go inside but the exterior is gorgeous and it is a good place to sit outside and drink mate.
  • Small and not really worth the money unless you know about the artists being shown when you plan to go.
  • Muy linda arquitectura externa y bien mantenido.
