Boulevard de Tigre, Tigre

4.2
#10 of 38 in Things to do in Tigre
With art galleries, colorful murals, cafes, and restaurants, Boulevard de Tigre makes a perfect place to hunt for antiques and contemporary local art. Stroll down the boulevard, browse through small stalls covered with decorative items, and watch artists at work. At a certain point, the busy artsy neighborhood gives way to a long shaded promenade along the river, from which you can watch boats sailing against the backdrop of a Ferris wheel. On weekends crowds of people gather at the shopping port. Add Boulevard de Tigre to your Tigre travel itinerary, and discover new vacation ideas by using our Tigre trip itinerary maker.

If you go to Tiger you can not miss the Boulevard and the surrounding area, is 3 blocks from the port of fruits and 3 of the Parque de la Costa. A pair of divine restaurants (Sáenz Peña Boulevard on the corner of Albarellos and Tiger store metres) with different styles and excellent food both, Juliana López May, IL TEATRINO kitchen workshop that is a divine place to see theater and music at your home while you eat and drink something good (weekends and during the week there are kinds of Tnago theatre and etc) There are business of deco and on the street of Albarellos, for art and design in a divine space aside and another market Don TOTO, exquisite and special flea market. ALWAYS RETURN

If you acercás Tiger, you can visit the Tiger Boulevard. Located a few blocks from the port of fruits and very close to the train station of Tiger, the location is unbeatable. An old flea market, bars with a Bohemian style and art galleries, make this ride, a very nice moment of the visit to Tiger. My recommendation, in addition to the walk, is to pass by the flower store, where they will be able to enjoy a meal and a delicious coffee. Another recommendation is to bring a Saturday, from noon onwards, since in Tigre, Sundays is impossible to circulate through the large number of people approaching.

Where to stay in Tigre

Tigre and its delta surroundings are chock-full of choices for accommodations thanks to their popularity with visitors both foreign and domestic. The city center around the Tigre River features a number of smaller-scale apartments and family-run bed and breakfasts, while the areas closer to the delta itself are more beach-oriented. If you're looking to enjoy the area's famously lush nature, check out a "cabana"--these rustic cabins are omnipresent in the forests and marshes around town, and allow you to wake up with the canals and trees of the delta right at your doorstep. Since many of these countryside accommodations are only accessible by boat, they usually provide most meals. Keep in mind that more rustic charm in this case can also mean hordes of mosquitos at night.
