  • Beautiful views, nice ride even with cold. In one of the stops is the monument to the stonemason. Tandil is honouring his with finesse, a very well done monument in memory of the workers of the cold chisel and the original hammer

  • Ride of the pioneers (Cerro de Mate) tribute to the pioneers of the city, opened in 2007. The entrance is located on a curve opposite the campsite of the Bco province. It is a path of about 3.5 km. in length that leads to the top of the Hill of the Mate which is accessible by car or on foot. In this place were its activities and work (with manual techniques) the Stonecutters who were the pioneers of the city, who worked in these granite quarries. It is an ideal place for recreational activities. There is a spring and a vantage point to admire the mountainous area. The monument to the chipping which is located on the hillside is a sculpture of 400 kilos of weight, design by sculptor Fernando Pavolini which took place at the Adrián Miguel de Tandil city Foundry. It was opened November 23, 2016, in tribute performed to this hard work, almost without a break and that was one of the first activities of the village. Color similar to the stones of the place make that almost is gracefully with the stage

  • We went by car with my partner and 4-year-old son to eat a picnic and it was the best place to do so. Quiet, overlooking incredible, unbeatable. Tandil is do not go without going a noon here.

  • Very good to spend some time in the air free. The interpretive circuit is very didactic and the 9 posters are in excellent condition.

  • Very cute place. The tour is excellent but rather short. With auto return has no more than 15 minutes. I could never find their way to the oasis.
