Castillo Morisco, Tandil

4.0
#12 of 31 in Things to do in Tandil
Local tourists flock to Castillo Morisco for the unusual architecture, reasonably priced food, and panoramic views from the top of the building. The building itself, modeled after a Spanish castle, was donated to the area by the Spanish community in the early 20th century. The onsite restaurant serves affordable, no-nonsense food such as pizzas, hamburgers, fries, and several pasta dishes. The main draw here remains the stunning alfresco views afforded from the seating areas. Make Castillo Morisco a centerpiece of your Tandil vacation itinerary, and find what else is worth visiting using our Tandil vacation builder.

The castle is close to a nice Park, but which Tandil has many and most beautiful. The only thing notable is the view, although there are better in other sectors

    Very nice view of Tandil

One of the attractions or rides most expected is the Parque Independencia and the Fort that is located on the hillside. You can visit at any time since it is a free ride but an interesting visit is to the evening, near sunset, see how the dark begins to turn the city of Tandil. Really beautiful.
