It is a place with history, since it was the first farm of san rafael, has an interesting history. The place is large and the guided tour is free. The wines are mostly young. Bad, do not allow to taste the entire line of wines offered, would be good that might open one of each. The attention was good

Nagaoka accepts criticism cheerfully, and uses criticism productively to develop own abilities and skills. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Nagaoka always completes tasks to an adequate standard. Accuracy and neatness may suffer but the outcome is acceptable. Puts in some extra hours to meet the deadline. When dressed for the job, personal appearance and dress immediately impress. Distinctive, perhaps distinguished. Performs most jobs well and has the habit of checking work outcomes. Nagaoka is achieving excellence in some areas but in others is not yet achieving the highest standards. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. Nagaoka enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Habitually asks questions in order to fully understand a position or a statement. Keeps asking until the facts are clear and the truth is understood. Can work in a team but often produces individual work at the end of a group activity. Not supportive or tolerant of others in the team.

We did travel a day in which storms threatened in the sky. The winery offers a journey not only wine, but historical, since it has the story of the first family of San Rafael winemaking, from which grew the village to become what it is today. Wines truly artisanal and at a great price.
