Los Reyunos Dam, San Rafael

(4.2/5 based on 1,100+ reviews on the web)
View the powerful Los Reyunos Dam and take part in outdoor activities along its reservoir. This embankment dam on the Diamante River was constructed entirely of stone and clay to keep costs down. At 136 m (440 ft) high, this Argentinian structure is a visible landmark along the river, and sits only 35 km (22 mi) from the city. Take in panoramas of this manmade wonder, which works to generate hydroelectricity. If you're looking for adventure, head to the nearby fishing club on the resevoir's western shore where you can hike, windsurf, canoe, and fish. • Very cute place this to a time of the campings of san Rafael. The q If I had seen in many comments that I could stick to the water. But only was entering to a campsite and the truth that not had much to do without enter there or nor had info that said that for bathing is a time had that enter to the campsite. So it was only a rare jn tour and photo but the view and the color of the water enticing it hurts!

  • The landscape is worthy of the best in the world, made me remember to Lago Di Como. We were in a club where you could make water sports, there were racks and a kind of beach. Nice place to meet
