  • It is a cute Winery, which has a visit with a person of the company, to the vineyards that are next to the winery, with a concise explanation and suitable questions, envelope types of grapes that have, with which they work, which are the methods of cultivation, protection and tasting of grapes that have in place. Furthermore through facilities and show you how they processed past the grapes. In the end, is a tasting of various wines, with its respective explanation. And like everything else, you got some promotions and the option to purchase wines.

  • We visited the winery Nevado yesterday, I that I don't know anything about wine, and in fact I don't drink, I ended up sucked an exquisite wine red wine sweet. Their sommelier Daniela, a charm, is note that loves what makes, and us gave a visit guided personalized and very complete, from the Lake artificial that used for the irrigation, them different types of vineyards, as is harvested, antiquity of them themselves, and many things more. Also showed us the machines that were used before, and the new machinery used today. Spoke to us of the hard work of winemaker to achieve a wine of excellence, and much more, and in the end achieved the impossible, that I held a tasting of wines until you find one that could tell that he was very rich, explaining the entire process with detailed and how to perform a true tasting for spot the differences, since as you feel the fragrance up to move it to evaporate the alcohol , that spirit which is not added but produces it the same grape in its fermentation. Also tried an olive oil excellent smoked, needless say that I'm to Bs. As. so try my children. The cost of the visit was $25 per person, but the work of DANIELA, made it seem free of charge. Excellent!
