4.1/5 based on 100+ reviews on the web
Walk stride-in-stride with prehistoric creatures at Museo Paleontologico. The museum's permanent exhibits boast a collection of more than 20 species of mammal fossils. Housed in a restored 19t- century mansion in the heart of a historic town, the museum was opened in 2003 by a group of amateur paleontologists. The first and most well-known piece of the collection is the fossil of a giant armadillo that had inhabited the area for thousands of years. After studying the various fossils and skeletons, try your hand at paleontology with a simulated excavation. • A well mounted and interesting Museum. I was wanting more. There is a film that shows how the Museum was put together and how it was finding the parts that comprise it.

  • It is housed in a newly renovated old House. The truth has left us a souvenir. Fossil level do not have much to offer, but the place is very well armed and well maintained. They charge a $40 admission per person, so it is a nice activity that demands no more than 1 hour.

  • He Museum is something boy and not has much to see, it would recommend only if going with guys or if studying something akin to the paleontology. I as I am not related to the topic found me it a little boring.
