  • We did the path of Route 40 which goes from San Luis to Jujuy and toured part of the route of the wine from San Juan, La Rioja and Tucumán; and the coffers of Tolombón Winery really surprised us, by its neatness, tidiness, the beauty of the architecture, and technology which used... wine is delicious, which is the consequence of all the other. The visit is worth it!

  • Beautiful place in the Calchaqui Valley. Its construction is beautiful and allows you to see the entire Valley. The journey is brief but interesting and very original wine cellar in terms of its construction. It should be noted queno toured the vineyards due to the winter season wines are very rich, intense, you wrap... Malbec is delicious, but we rediscovered the wine red testing variety Tanat which we had never taken and it is excellent. This winery was selected with its bicentennial wine that we could acquire and it is exquisite. My recommendation is to not lose it is! It is worth clarifying that do not charge for the visit.

  • In 2013 saw his wine Malbec 7 cows in a wine bar of Salta capital, as struck us the label design, and we buy takeaway gift. And it was very well received and appreciated. This time traveling the route 40 from Amaicha and heading Mills, before leaving at the height of Colalao del Valle, Tucumán province, find the winery that produces these wines: Las Arcas de Tolombón. We are not drinkers of alcoholic beverages, but curious of everything NOA has to offer to tourism. And this Winery is definitely a Pearl in an area of Tucumán little favoured by nature. Here appreciates is the hand of man to favourably distort the destination and make a garden of a wasteland. An imprint that has nothing to do with the Northern architecture can be seen from the building. It is in fact inspired by the typical constructions of the African Republic of Mali. Brick or mud worked by hand. Striking and compelling as aesthetic, and more in the case of a winery. Who also designed this building provided "a return more than thread" and divided into 4 sections the entire building structure, making a comparison with the 4 regions formed the disappeared Inca Empire. One of these 4 sections of the Winery is underground and corresponds with "La Cava" and the space of save the French oak barrels and wines reserve. All flashy and aesthetically where appreciate it is. Not missing the cutting edge technology and is one investment that is paying off. We enjoyed a guided tour that opened his eyes to an activity that seemed all "cut by the same scissors" to us, but here in the coffers we discovered that not all the wineries resemble. This is uniquely different, striking and charming. Worth a long visit it and also seems that their wines Malbec and Torrontes, prizes have earned many wills!
