Mirador Arrayanes, San Martin de los Andes
Categories: Outdoor Activities
Be sure to pack your camera as you head to Mirador Arrayanes, an excellent vantage point looking out over San Martin de los Andes. The lookout point sits above one of Patagonia’s most picturesque cities, with views of the crystal clear Lake Lacar, framed by rolling green hills, all contrasted with the modern, Latin-flavored, urban architecture of the city. Grab a tea cake from one of the concession stands near the viewpoint to add to your experience. Plan your visit to Mirador Arrayanes and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our San Martin de los Andes holiday planner.

Also simple to go to foot (1 hr of walking of tilt half, by street + road consolidated in ascent). The mirador offers views to the Lake and also full helmet of the city from a high point, where you can take photos at any time of the day. If you like photos of several contrasts, I recommend going in the afternoon for the sunset and then enjoy some night shots of the city. The place is windy and temperature more low in the city, so I recommend a coat extra. Avoid the days of heavy rain.show original
