  • Site which gives us a wonderful landscape in the region of the seven Lakes. Here you can feel the real atmosphere of North Patagonia. The road up to the top of the Cerro Colorado is very good and allows us to "play" to make a rally.

  • The Hill is located approximately 10 km from the Centre of San Martín de los Andes. We went with a guide to the site and three others. For who is not used to walking on a slope (I walk much but I do not usually do so in height or am a person who is being trained), it is a little challenging, but you can be looking forward to. At the sign from the entrance to the trail, says that the journey takes 4 hours between back and forth. That's the time that took us to complete it, but running at a steady pace. On the ascent, at first cost me breath, because they are few moments in which walking on flat terrain. On the descent, the legs (the quadriceps) tired me much forcibly making to lower braking and not to slip. ((Recommendations: 1) carry water for drinking, 2) grab a branch that serve of cane, helps much in the rise (to give impulse) and in the lowered (to go braking). (3) take a snack to eat at the Summit while enjoying the view and the silence of the Summit.
