  • The road is long from San Martín de los Andes to reach the trail, then there is much walking to get to the waterfall. If is encourage, carefully, try to pass behind the waterfall, you will add a remember very pleasant.

  • Very nice path for family to Chachin cascade first go through the Castle Van Dorsser, don't forget to enter, is interesting to read and see the history of this family then you found with Ricardo Ranger site that explains everything that way recommends you do and which not (example Lake Queñi road this evil only 4 x 4 can go) a genius Ricardo. before going to the waterfall there is a hostel where you can buy some things, but by doubts take food.

  • When we got to the bottom of the beginning of the road to the waterfall, I thought that it wouldn't be nothing otherworldly, but nature makes their cheating. Started to climb and we went exploring in a beautiful forest full of chiaroscuro and a freshness wet and scented. As we climbed through a relatively easy path, we began to hear the sound of the waterfall while surrounding us colihue reeds, lengas and the notros. Finally arrived to a vantage point where is enjoyed from the waterfall. It isn't a giant waterfall, but is it enough as to feel tiny. It is a place to sit and enjoy the magnificence of the fall and deafening noise of water. When we descended a gift we had extra, suddenly we hear toc, toc, tic and raise the view two birds beautiful woodpeckers in the same tree looking for their food. A beautiful walk, relatively easy to do and that makes you feel happy to have done it.
