Casa Natal de Sarmiento
See the birthplace of one of the nation's most famous figures at Casa Natal de Sarmiento, a museum dedicated to the life of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. A renowned activist, writer, and leader, Sarmiento eventually rose to become the nation's seventh president in the latter half of the 20th century. Visit his childhood home to explore the large collection of contemporary and personal artifacts. Join in on a guided tour to view the home's rooms outfitted with period furniture, and you'll get a clearer image of the world, country, and city in which Sarmiento spent his formative years. Be sure to check the website for information regarding temporary exhibits, special events, and kid-oriented workshops. Great place if you're into museums and history. It is the birth house of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, one of the best historical figures of Argentina. it has both audioguide and regular tour guide. A MUST VISIT if you're doing tourism. Plus, the tourism information of the entire state is just in front of it, so you can do two thing in one. There are also statues you can take photos(free) with of both Sarmiento, and some dinosaurs(the dinosaurs are across the street, not on Sarmiento's house)
