  • Well maintained place an obligatory visit for those who visit this puntano people. Is the school where Sarmiento gave classes for first time to the 15 years. Also the village is worth a visit with stay which is justified with beautiful scenery with views of the Central sierras de San Luis, good lodgings and cabins, cordial attention of its inhabitants and quite reasonable prices. To take into account.

  • I went with my family to the people, to meet start tell them it appears that very few people, huge plaza, typical stores and canteens was at the time... of many years ago, white Church opposite the plaza... From there, we were told that it was the first school founded by Sarmiento so we decided to go will be about 30 blocks from the Center... in a humble neighborhood and you get to find an ancient building as of adobe bricks and straw-roofed, is all very well preserved, made up a huge roof to protect the building, entrance costs 30 pesos is you can enter school, you can walk through a wooded park and enter a site where they have some crafts and... beautiful ancient books to learn and with children very cute so they can learn
