  • I went with my family to the people, to meet start tell them it appears that very few people, huge plaza, typical stores and canteens was at the time... of many years ago, white Church opposite the plaza... From there, we were told that it was the first school founded by Sarmiento so we decided to go will be about 30 blocks from the Center... in a humble neighborhood and you get to find an ancient building as of adobe bricks and straw-roofed, is all very well preserved, made up a huge roof to protect the building, entrance costs 30 pesos is you can enter school, you can walk through a wooded park and enter a site where they have some crafts and... beautiful ancient books to learn and with children very cute so they can learn

  • Well preserved, cute, it's a walk forced to remain in the town to rediscover history. The site is well signposted and easily accessible. If only, they have to go to the end of the village and follow the asphalt. Use to go to know Dyke palms to complete the visit to the village which is located a 5-minute

  • The first school where Sarmiento taught for the first time, is in San Francisco de el Monte de Oro, San Luis. A place with lots of history where began his first steps as a teacher, and those were the beginnings of public school. The village is beautiful and your tour arrives there by provincial route 9, which is a pleasant experience with hundreds of curves and bends towards the mountains, the Museum preserves the ranch school, under a huge slab that protects it from the weather, is exciting to be there. It is a beautiful experience and unforgettable.
