We hire the excursion to Victoria Island and Arrayanes forest, 7 pm of the day before warn us that this trip had been re scheduled to 15 pm of the next day and not 10 am as we had hired him (on trust employees told us that there are people and that we should them do it to so few people). We were offered and we decided to change the tour and we chose Puerto Blest. The beautiful hiking, landscape one more beautiful than another, unique. It may be food (recommended, they kill you with prices within the catamaran, as in the hotel-restaurant in the port), within the trip there are photographers, they are going to offer different packages, are not cheap. To go closing, to take the bus that takes you to embark we had to move about 4 blocks to the front of a hotel where with a less than 4 years we expect at 8 in the morning as 20 minutes that pass the collective. Then at the time of return and that the driver was good and had the gesture took us up to 2 blocks from our hotel because they had forgotten us and wanted us to leave 10 blocks from our hotel. Therefore where beautiful, toured company that took us to make the trip leaves much to be desired.

Thursday 27/7 we played go on tour with this company. As amanecio raining ugly, with very cold, send wrong consulting if, despite the weather, was made the trip in all ways. I confirmed that if. We moved to Puerto Pañuelo, we expect the check-out. And from the beginning: disorganization. Output all the tourists, and only shipped from Cau Cau, those of Turisur boat we had to wait (so they made us get out to wait in the rain with the kids?) We got to the victory Modesta (a very old boat) that did not have the capacity to ship conveniently to all the tourists that day. We had to accommodate us on the floor bottom of the boat, not vista had, is saw none of the landscape (and I had paid just as tourists who were more comfortable above). We arrived at Victoria Island, in the rain, they made us walk with the kids, all wet. Guides were trying to do their job the best they could, but the day was horrible, not is he could enjoy, not is could walk in the rain, the kids with cold, wet. It was Chuck silver. After waiting more than half an hour for the boat to take us to the forest of Arrayanes, we climbed. But the 15 min to be sailing, we are told that the boat of Aveiro and not come to Myrtle. A disaster! A lost day! Did us have a very bad experience on one of the excursions more faces having Bariloche. It was chaos, because we said we had that make the claim in the office of the Centre, because they do not they could give us no solution. We only had problems. We did the rclamo, and fortunately detach us return the money next month, but still nothing takes away my bitter taste of having lost an entire day of my precious vacaciones(+ tasa de embarque y estacionamiento, que eso nadie me devuelve...$700)

Good but it would comment on excursions it is recommended for kids... We get to Tronador is impressive but it is very long and tiring for children... They would have to advise instead of selling. For those who don't know the places...

The boat "Modesta Victoria" broke and excursion was left in the half, missed the most important thing (arrayanes forest).
