  • We went out to a base where we got 4 x 4 Land Rovers up to the refuge Roca Negra and started to walk through the snow with snowshoes. All very nice and friendly guides. On the way back, we had pizza in the refuge and returned at the end of the day. Recommended.

  • Roca Negra restaurant is located on the way to the Refugio Cerro Lopez. middle of March's not sure was closed, whether complete for the season or only on this Friday, where we were. Steep climb, but is possible in about 1 hour from the snack bar down on the road. In 60-80minutens is the Refugio Cerro Lopez. RocaNegra has already einenwundrbaren views over the landscape, but it's worth to rise even further. The Roca Negra you can buy when opened, usually something. Has a bar and a few tables inside.

  • The ascent to the hut is very steep in 4 x 4 cars, give a certain initial discomfort then get used to it. Walking with snowshoes is cool but who has any physical limitation is not worth the effort, there's nothing d +. Now the fundie in the cabin is awesome and the cozy atmosphere and different. Great wines! Is very worthwhile. Recommend d +!
