  • It is a complicated a day trekking, I recommend you begin before 10 am to be back around 6 pm. It is tiring, but even if you're not an expert can be, just need good physical condition. They are several hours of walking within the forest bordering streams and with beautiful waterfalls, then get to a steep ascent (at times requires help with hands) before being able to reach the amazing landscape of Black Lagoon. You can spend the night at the shelter or you just enjoy a hot chocolate with other travelers to recharge your batteries for the descent.

  • Worth every step and his hand to horseflies. Take repellent. The view is beautiful. Do not miss it!

  • It is necessary to check the guards parks in Bariloche and purchase a card for the bus ... you get the line 20 and at some point it descends and crosses the track at an intersection ... from there you awaits the circular that goes to the Swiss colony ... There's not much signage, but everybody knows (before the bridge). Important is that when the driver that the starting point of the trail is on point ... you have to get off the bus and climb a Hill between fence and trees and move the fence walking a few meters you find a road and you walk uphill all my life ... the via will until you follow a narrowing River that will always be to your right. At the end you'll find a giant waterfall ... shelter Italia will be up there waiting for you! We were there in December is the person who took care of there was a nice French Courchevel ... he not only cooked very well to the public with also played great guitar! Recommend a cold shower for the start of the day! is a program for 2 days ... one to go and another to get back.
