  • We were approached by a Brazilian named Stephan who took us to the store. They made us a proposal, before we can get to the Centre of the village. They made us buy the pass for the afternoon, and we wouldn't have time to do anything else because the Ski lesson finished at 3:00 pm and until we go down and get the equipment were already over 4:00 pm and we couldn't make any rise. They didn't give us a receipt. The ski instructor Ariel very indifferent! Without the slightest vocation for teacher! It really was a pretty bad experience and money thrown in the trash!

  • To get out of the car we were approached by a Brazilian who worked at that location. We're into the store where they stiffed us to close the entire rent, since we were 14 people. Remember that we come to the Cerro Catedral the 9 A.M. and it was pretty empty, with all going to rent the equipment and release, and also by the staff themselves, we stayed there till noon, when the Hill was already pretty full and the line to buy tickets HUGE. In other words, because of them we only go in for skiing the 2 P.M.. It was evident that they didn't want us to be up to the main entrance before we close the rents with them, because their store is too far away from the entrance to the track, and a lot more coming there are many other stores with price and quality better than theirs. And finally, when we complain of delay in our care were calmed by saying they would give us a good discount for the next day. ALL LIES, not fulfilled anything combined and the service was extremely rude in the end. I DON'T RECOMMEND. RENT IN SHOPS WITHIN THE COMPLEX, AFTER THE MAIN ENTRANCE
