Circuito Grande, San Carlos de Bariloche
(4.5/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Cruise around Circuito Grande to see craggy mountains and seven pristine lakes, all in one day. Weaving between the seven iconic lakes, then following the Limay and Traful rivers, the circuit spans nearly 250 km (155 mi) and makes for a long day trip. Most recommend driving the circuit counterclockwise to appreciate the best scenery in the morning, and saving the easiest road for the end of the day, when you're tired. Stop for a meal at the lakeside town of Angostura, where you can enjoy a relaxing picnic on the beach. If you feel like more of a physical challenge, cycle the route over a handful of days, camping along the way. Put Circuito Grande into our San Carlos de Bariloche family vacation planner and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • The mountains, the lakes and rivers seen are very beautiful. There are seven lakes that are visited. The third on no more different things to see. two small towns were visited, Angostura and San Martin de Los Andes, which deserve more time.

  • A rather tiring tour, for which it manages. But imposing, with views not to be missed and stops to rest, to take wonderful photos. The traveller is filled with living energy, worth it, don't miss it. Then come to Villa la Angostura, beautiful landscapes and San Martín de los Andes. As for lunch, see stained glass, I bought cute fabrics and go back to not travel at night. Eye, traveled in the summer.

  • One of the most beautiful to hire in Bariloche tours. It is the day (08-18 hrs approx), but each time travel is a beauty. We had a guide who was mistress of fauna and flora, so it made us enjoy double and also taught us to appreciate everything as a whole. The amphitheatre is a nice stop on the road to Villa Traful and the Mirador del Viento is a must. Villa La Angostura is a very pretty, very neat and small city. Along the journey you go knowing places that would like to go back and rest for a longer time. Do not quit! We contract with the Adventure Center Bariloche Agency.
