  • Trekking, the landscapes, the views are... the best one could hope. Nothing like seeing the sunrise and sunset from the shelter. Truly it is worth the climb and I recommend stroll in the surrounding area, making the path to the Black Lagoon, see arm sadness... But happiness is never complete. We slept one night in refuge with my family and friends and it was the worst experience in my more than 30 years of mountain. Dirty around the refuge, the refugiera never cleaned the bathrooms that had a stench that was unbearable to enter, attention poor, with a high degree of aggression by this, abuse toward all those who were there, and it wasn't because we were free, costs $600 per person (we were 9) the "full Board" which included pizza night and a breakfast with a small cup toasted butter and burned. Truly a scam. I repeat, I know very well what they is going to the mountain, but this is a last. If policymakers do not want to worsen the image of the place must have already kicked to this award. For now, I do not recommend sleeping in the shelter.
