Centro Cultural America, Salta

(4.2/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
Spend some time at Centro Cultural America, the arts and cultural epicenter at the heart of Salta. The center's ever-changing list of programmes includes educational workshops, art exhibitions, concerts, and a meeting place for social or business groups, so check the schedule ahead of your arrival. Arturo Prins designed the striking colonial architecture, and one of the building's many guises includes acting as a government house until 1987, when it was then reappropriated as the cultural center found today. • Beautiful space of access free. We visited the sample of Nativity scenes from other countries, very cute. The different rooms in this cultural centre are exquisitely decorated and are very well preserved.

  • Striking building, highly recommended for those who have an interest in architecture and history. Perhaps it would be better if there were more information in posters for the public that visits it.

  • It is one of the most magnificent places of the city of Salta. Good acoustics and historical environment. Maybe you need a little maintenance.

  • Beautiful French style building, formerly House of Government of Salta and after several events Hall, is built so that it lasts many years, often passing winged it and the few times that gave me the feeling of set aside, in the entire history of Salta, we must enter to see inside all that French architecture is in many places of the Argentina.
