Inspirock Rating:
4.1/5 based on 95+ reviews on the web
Head to Saldungaray Cemetary to witness a work by an eminent national architect and engineer. Built in the early- to mid-20th century, the idiosyncratic architecture of the giant cross and arch at the gates was designed by famed Argentine-Italian architect Francisco Salamone. The cemetery is not very well signposted in either English or Spanish, so you may need to play it by ear as you traverse the grounds. Head to the nearby tourist office if you require any extra information.
