Saldungaray Cemetary, Saldungaray
(4.1/5 based on 100+ reviews on the web)
Head to Saldungaray Cemetary to witness a work by an eminent national architect and engineer. Built in the early- to mid-20th century, the idiosyncratic architecture of the giant cross and arch at the gates was designed by famed Argentine-Italian architect Francisco Salamone. The cemetery is not very well signposted in either English or Spanish, so you may need to play it by ear as you traverse the grounds. Head to the nearby tourist office if you require any extra information. • The entrance to the cemetery is striking because a Christ crucified on a front circular, big enough. It is interesting because of who built the cemetery was the engineer and Italian architect Francisco Salome

  • This portal of the cemetery is a mind-blowing Salamone. For a "rural" quasi cemetery.. .semejante website seems to not apply to you, but is a huge abstraction that can be seen from all sides
