Nature / Park
Explore a popular and entertaining urban attraction at Parque Urquiza, located at the southeastern end of the city center. Pay a visit to the onsite observatory and planetarium, and walk between the many statues and sculptures, including a monument to General Urquiza-president of the Argentine Confederation from 1854 to 1860--after whom the park is named. Attractive fountains, public art, and an abundance of sports fields and recreation areas make this a good option for those wanting to have a break from the busy city life. Where to stay in Rosario

Crowding around the city center, most accommodations in Rosario sit within a few minutes' walk of the Parana River's west bank. Budget options remain plentiful in the central districts, with an array of hostels catering to Rosario's younger visitors. Boutique hotels offer something for mid-range travelers, while luxury accommodations are relatively rare. If you want something quieter, consider the neighborhood of Del Abasto, south of the city center.

  • Good place for walking or running. But if you' don' t feel in the mood, take a sip of coffee with nice cakes.
  • You can exercise and have mate here. It's not crowded like others. Con: you can barely see the river, lots of dog poo and pee.
  • Tiene muchos lugares para pasar el rato, pero da sensacion de inseguridad
