Built in 1957, the monument commemorates the death of Belgrano, who first raised the flag on the opposite shore of the river in 1812.   • The historic site and the most important tourist reference of the city. The monument to the flag of impressive stands on the banks of the Paraná River. There is the possibility to climb to the top via a lift to enjoy a 360 degree view of the city. The entrance is accessible.
