  • Palace of mail - Rioja 721 is located opposite the Plaza 25 de Mayo. It was built between 1929 and 1938. The original draft of 1929 was a tower of 80 meters in height and despite criticisms began to build. But the military coup of the Gral. Uriburu's 1930 stopped construction and ordered the demolition of built. The construction of the current building in French academic style recently began in 1934 and was opened in 1938. It is divided into two bodies, one of which is for the inner workings and the other for the attention of the public and museum exhibiting ancient scales, stamps and other items linked to its history. In 1997 it was declared a national historic landmark.

  • Very nice building, but something that would be very appealing otherwise lackluster lack of maintenance and poor lighting.
