  • Municipal Palace of Rosario - Buenos Aires 711, corner Santa Fe also called Palacio de los Leones is the seat of the Municipal Executive. It was opened in 1896 and is located opposite the Plaza 25 de Mayo. It is separated from the Cathedral Basilica by the pedestrian oath passage that relates to the square with the monument to the flag is built in Italian Renaissance style with openings with arch of half point, rounded corners, portholes and balconies. The building surrounds a central courtyard with arcades and ionic columns. Since 2006 the outside was painted in terracotta and the two lions which are located at the sides of the staircase to the main entrance of white, are copies of which are in the steps of the Cathedral of San Lorenzo in Genoa (Italy)
