Playing a vital part in protecting the natural reserve to which it is attached, Dique La Quebrada is at the same time an impressive and hulking structural feat. Standing at 47 m (154 ft) high, the dam ranks among the most important in the country, protecting over 3000 hectares (7413 acres) of natural reserve land from erosion, as well as ensuring the water supply to the reservoir is kept clean. Make the most of the high, panoramic views over the pristine reserve during your visit. • The natural environment is beautiful, the Lake has several arms which is good to explore it in a kayak or boat. There are a couple of private places where they pay entrance to spend the day but they are well-maintained and they have access to the Lake. Of the side public not there is nothing, if you'll carry you all! but the landscape is worth it

  • Beautiful place, Lake surrounded by mountains with its mountain rivers. The wall there is a dirt road very friendly which leads to green wells and at the beginning of the walk by a few paths to the waterfall. Highly recommended to live a day in the nature within a protected natural reserve. That Yes, avoid a Sra "contol" owner of a House and land in green wells who claims to be the owner of all over the place and charged by the leave the car closely, down to the river and depending on his mood of the day pass to the waterfall.
